28 Weeks
Went to the doctor Wednesday and everything is still looking good. Got a packet from the doctor so that I can pre-register at the hospital, which is exciting because it means it's getting closer. I have another appointment in a couple of weeks.
At 28 weeks Hayley has an 80% chance of survival if born. In just 2 more weeks she'll have a 90% chance. Every milestone makes me breath a little easier.
We are going up to Oklahoma tomorrow for a bridal shoot and driving back the same day so it will be a long day. After this one, I only have to go up there for one more shoot before Hayley is born.

27 Weeks
I finally made it to the third and FINAL trimester!! It's getting harder and harder to sleep because I'm so uncomfortable. I also can barely bend down and tie my shoes. I have a doctor appointment on Wednesday so I'll let you know how that goes. I just got back the results from the glucose test and I don't have diabetes and I'm not anemic. So everything is looking really good so far. We start the child birth preparation class on July 2nd and we're really looking forward to it.

PICTURES!!!
I'm finally posting a picture of me at 26 weeks! These are also pictures of the baby's room (it's not done yet) and our bedroom. I'll post more pictures of the house once I get it cleaned.
26 Weeks
First of all, today is Melissa's birthday and we're going out to dinner in Dallas, YAY! Happy Birthday Melissa!
I went to my first doctor visit in McKinney and I absolutely love my new doctor. They even have it so that you can log onto their website and put in your name and password and all of your records pop up. It shows your blood pressure, weight, test results, etc. It's really neat, especially since I'm going every 2 weeks now.
This last visit I had my 1 hour glucose test. I had to drink a bottle of this really sugary stuff and then wait an hour. Then after the hour they drew my blood to see what my sugar levels were in order to see if I have diabetes. Apparently you can get diabetes sometimes while your pregnant. I haven't gotten the results back yet but they'll be posted online once they're in.
I also signed up for a prepared childbirth class where they teach you about labor and delivery and also the post-partum weeks. At the end of the sessions they take you on a tour of the labor and delivery suites and nursery. That will start on July 2nd. I'm also trying to sign up for a Bradley class (similar to Lamaze but it doesn't concentrate on breathing and instead concentrates on tightening and releasing your muscles for pain management).
Yet another thing we're looking into is saving Hayley's cord blood. Which is actually really expensive and we're trying to figure out a way to pay for it. Her cord blood will go to a blood bank and can help fight many many diseases, cancers, tumors, etc. if she or her siblings or possibly even me or JJ gets one. It's really awesome and we really want to do this.

V-Day: 24/25 Weeks
Happy V-Day! No not Valentines Day it's Viable Day! At 24 weeks, so a few days ago, the baby is viable. This means that Hayley is now developed enough to survive, if born, as long as she receives proper medical care. WOO HOO! Each and every passing day and week now gives her an even better chance.
I have my first doctor appointment set up in McKinney for next week. I'll let everyone know how that goes. I hope this doctor's office is as awesome as the last one. Everything with the insurance is now set and I'm covered under JJ's new insurance. YAY, we don't have to be thousands of dollars in debt from Hayley's birth!
Her kicks are definitely getting harder and a lot more often. I will post a belly pic soon.
